1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Sleepy News mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
2. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting in the App. Your continued use of the App constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
3. Use of the App
a. Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
b. License: MLTM Group AB grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Sleepy News for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
• Use Sleepy News only for lawful purposes.
• Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt Sleepy News’s functionality.
• Not access Sleepy News through unauthorized means.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information when required.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Sleepy News, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of MLTM Group AB or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to Sleepy News immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Sleepy News is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. MLTM Group AB does not warrant that Sleepy News will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MLTM Group AB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of Sleepy News.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or Sleepy News shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Sweden, in accordance with the rules of Stockholm Chamber of Commerce.
